What the hell is a powder cannon, and why is the smoke Blue ?
My cannon uses black powder, and I would not aim it at a person cause severe injury and most probably death would result.
It’s a device used primarily at reveal parties and comes in pink or blue.......
It’s a toy all over YouTube.
