They bought the house so they can tear it down and extend their own house next door?

Does that perhaps violate zoning regulations , if you have two properties, each one is supposed to have an individual house on it?

Maybe, but I can see why they’d want to tear it down to extend their own home. It doesn’t say in the photo which is which, but the two houses appear to be only about 4 feet apart.

NOPE, I know a lot of people in Brentwood that have bought the house next door and made it into a yard or putting course, kids playground,...
