Hmm... does repealing a Constitutional Amendment require 3/4 of the states etc like adding one? I am not a Constitutional scholar. Obviously.

Yes. A constitutional amendment proposal that repeals an earlier constitutional amendment requires three fourths of the states to ratify it, just as any amendment proposal requires three fourths of the states to ratify.
