Are you selling a portion of your pickle harvest, or perhaps including a pickle in every meal? I hear they, like other fermented foods,are good for essential gut bacteria.
My favorite food is a cheeseburger, and it requires dill pickles. So I go through about a quart a month.
No I don’t sell, but I readily share. As I make the next batch of pickles I give away the last years, which are well “pickled” by now.
