I am fairly sure she did not put her self in the suitcase but that does not mean the death was not natural.

Been a couple of cases of people naturally dying and people concealing their death for monetary reasons.

There was someone in Chicago who kept their mother's death a secret for over a decade to keep her pension and SS checks coming in.
