Are there any U.S. states that are more friendly to businesses owned by undocumented people?

Although we don't have specific information on undocumented business owners, we do have some sources for states and how they treat undocumented immigrants in general.

The Center for Immigration Studies lists 11 states that are known as “Sanctuary” states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont and Washington. “Anti-sanctuary” states include Arizona, Texas, Montana, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama.

KEYWORDS:
CIS doesn't list Florida in either category. Yet there are thousands of LLC's here created by illegal aliens who now have FEI numbers. There are two on our street alone. The big media and government lie is Florida is neither fish nor fowl. Do NOT believe it for one damned second. Florida is SO illegal-alien-friendly it makes you sick to your stomach. Next question is, who is the 800-pound meatball in the room no one is talking about, who has allowed this to happen?

I lived in Florida for seven years. I worked as a respiratory therapist in home medical equipment sales, patient training, and therapy. The number of illegals with MEDICAID and/or MEDICARE is staggering. Many of these folks work and work hard for cash. They lived a much higher lifestyle than I could afford.

Rubbish from the left on the internet. “Undocumented people” are illegal aliens in our country illegally.

Hard to believe Georgia is on the anti sanctuary list. We are inundated with illegals and their businesses.

IF true: "only the federal government can create or enforce immigration law"

Then it follows, that U.S. "Sanctuary Cities" are un-Constitutional.

And other considerations.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, but you are inside the U.S.A., you may sign on the dotted line, and thus join a group of "investors" who have an interest in a business operating in some areas of the U.S.A. See details:

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program

USCIS administers the EB-5 Program. Under this program, investors (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) are eligible to apply for lawful permanent residence (become a Green Card holder) if they:

• Make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States; and

• Plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.

This program is known as EB-5 for the name of the employment-based fifth preference visa that participants receive.

Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.

In 1992, Congress created the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as the Regional Center Program, which sets aside EB-5 visas for participants who invest in commercial enterprises associated with regional centers approved by USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth.

The program is EXTREMELY attractive for aliens who believe there is opportunity around certain metropolitan centers.

State of Florida does NOT tax LLC’s, created as “pass-throughs” to legally avoid taxation. The “owners” are then supposed to report profits as earnings on their US tax returns. Yeah right. Because Florida prides itself on being a no-tax state, the Tallahassee idiots created this monster. Which is now being abused so every house the illegal aliens rent suddenly becomes the headquarters for an LLC corporation and a bunch of people who evade taxes on earnings which are under the table cash, half of which gets sent out of the U.S. to enrich the GDP of some corrupt narco state. Dumb stupid Florida. Where the hell is DeSantis on this?

it is illegal to hire illegals.
it is illegal to rent to illegals.
illegals cannot start a business within the US.

any claims of ‘sanctuary states’ is just states not enforcing the law.

that’s a far cry from being legal.

A “Republican” theory, is that “business oriented aliens” will vote Republican.

I have yet to see that as TRUE, for Arab and India imports.

Missouri has e-Verify, but I see businesses capitulating to illegals. Really mad at Walmart. Advertising how many places to send money to Mehico, and Mex products replacing regular inventory

California is the winner they have so many businesses in Los Angeles alone that don’t have permits or licenses.

Did contract work on many of them for owners of properties and everyone working there are illegal everyone gets paid in cash if the state only knew how much tax money they are missing.

Illegal aliens who start their own businesses are in great danger of voting Republican. I can see a government crackdown against them in California.

My little slice of Northern Idaho is full of squatty fat spanish speakers. We never had them before. And they are ALL on some sort of food stamp program. When they are in the checkout line at the grocery store they ALL pull out their EBT card.

Disgusting.

I’d don’t know how they all could walk up here from Antarctica and not lose an ounce of weight. How much did they weigh in at before they left? They’re going to make America a “food desert” in no time.
