I am curious, Jamestown1630, as to whether you believe Veterinarians are less competent than medical Docs when it comes understanding the complex issues involving communicable diseases and developing healthy immune systems.
My guess is that it is a much tougher subject taught far more intensively in vet education/research, than the average doc gets in medical school, for obvious reasons.
The reason I ask, is my vet, Cornell trained, whose practice is mostly valuable farm animals, Angus, dairy, race horses, etc. refused the jab for himself and his family.
He was relieved to hear that I had too, because he said big pharmna has a terrible track record when it comes to vaccines. So, I tend to trust the vets more than the docs when it comes to maintaining a healthy immune system in all of God’s creatures.
Good vets dont over vaccinate dogs and cats either. We certainly cant say that about our children!
No, I don’t; I’ve known brilliant veterinarians, even worked with them - and had faith in them to the point I’d let them doctor ME in a pinch.
But I’m not fool enough to believe that they’re all equally accomplished; or that some of them might not be downright nuts.
