Police were called to the area at around 5 am Sunday to a report of a man who allegedly tackled another man to the ground near Las Vegas Boulevard near Charleston Boulevard.
Another person called the police around 45 minutes later to report that they saw a man on top of another man at a bus stop "eating" the other man’s face.
Czech also told detectives he used "to" teeth to eat the man’s eyeballs and ears." (used "to" teeth to eat the man’s eyeballs and ears." Maybe they meant 2 as in two? (Proof reading seems to be lacking here)

The victim, identified as Kenneth Brown, was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased. He had a large cut to his head and was missing an eye and ear.
