I would not give this person an outward facing job. And I would not give her an inward facing job. Most of us can dress the part, for whatever the job requires. This women can’t do that. So she can go be her somewhere else. She has every right to the tattoos. But I have every right to choose someone else to hire. Possibly if I were the game designer for Doom, or some Dungeons and Dragons type game, maybe she would look the part for that job. But she would need some skill and team abilities as well.
