A majority of Americans aren’t confident that the jury in former President Donald Trump’s Manhattan criminal trial can reach a fair verdict, a poll released Thursday evening found.

Only 44% of respondents said they were confident in the jurors’ ability to deliver a fair verdict compared to 56% who said they weren’t, according to a CNN/SSRS survey. The poll also found that only 33% of Americans think Trump acted illegally in the case where he faces 34 counts regarding alleged falsified business records in connection to reimbursing a hush money payment to former porn star actress Stormy Daniels...........

“The jurors who are lawyers could just be there to “guide” the verdict.”

I was on a criminal jury one time. Just for fun, and because I wanted to get out of there, I decided to try to see if I could take over the jury. When we walked into the room to determine the verdict, I got the weakest looking person elected foreman (purposefully not me). I then called for a vote. One lady said she wanted to hear what others had to say. I reminded her that the judge had told us to make up our own minds based on the evidence. We took the vote and convicted. I got out of there in no time. The point is; many jurors can be very easily manipulated. Not one person pushed back on me at all. It was pretty funny.

Jonathan Turley said, today, on Fox News that, after David Pecker’s testimony, Bragg’s case is ‘collapsing’ under its own weight.

I bet those lawyers on the jury are getting instructions from the White House. This is the Dem’s last gasp effort to get Trump.

This Bragg & New York State vs. Donald Trump "criminal case," has some similarity to the process lawfare actions by a federal prosecutor, in the 1981 movie:

Absence of Malice

It's a jury trial, with a jury pulled from a pool that is 90% Biden voters. This jury wants to be part of history that convicts President Trump, regardless of the evidence or the law.

Trump will eventually win on appeal, but brace yourself for a guilty verdict, probably with less than 48 hours of deliberation.

The crimes:

Speeding while Trump.

Jaywalking while Trump.

Filling in a loan application while Trump.

Campaigning while Trump.

Talking to a pretty woman while Trump.

Keeping a note in your desk drawer while Trump.

Writing a check while Trump.

Receiving a check while Trump.

Giving money away to somebody in need while Trump.

The rising tide of disgust by the legal field at the lack of evidence of criminal intent is mounting. It will reverberate world wide if the jury pulls a nullification. The jury and Bragg will make history, as the dunces in the corner, if they do.
