Agreed. The animals should have been rehomed or humanely euthanized by a veterinarian. If you live out in the wild in Alaska, fine, you have to handle things yourself. Unless the animals were an immediate, attacking threat, she didn’t need to shoot them.

Exactly. People using the excuse that they have to do this because its rural living .They better not have a car, shop at the grocery store, have a computer. It’s not the 1800s anymore. Take the dog to a professional who can assess behavior, train and find a home with someone who can deal with a hyper dog. If the dog is determined to be dangerous, at that point you euthanize.
