We are NEVER getting anything back. All this talk about this being loans is no more than a game with words to not feel so much push back by a public that had enough with all this war spending.
How is Ukraine going to pay this back? With an economy that shrunk by >37%, their currency becoming worthless, with them not even able to pay their federal employees and retirements without our aid?
The term “loan” makes it sound better. That’s all it is.
