My table in reply 16, above. Spent hours trying to get the data arranged. I could not shrink the table size, without people squinting at the numbers. Ran out of steam and posted, before I “might have been able to have the years as column headers?” Duh.

Average of 3.20/gallon here in Eastern TN. It was under 3 for almost a year in 2023.

High gas prices will not drive people to much more expensive controlled EVs

And to think, California used to be a major oil producer.

I live east of Cincinnati. $3.49 here this morning. Would be 10 cents cheaper if DeWine hadn’t raised the gas tax. Gggrrr!

If the national average price of gasoline goes above $4 and is advancing toward $5 by election time, Biden should be toast. However, millions of fraudulent ballots have yet to be counted.

True, but it's more than that.

California has what's called "boutique blends" of gasoline, where different regions of the state have different gasoline formulas.

The impact of this is that it takes California out of the national market for commodity gasolines, which increases the cost and the price of gasoline to Californians.

the morons at MSN in the comment section are blaiming russa and opec for the increase in gas prices.

its the time when oil refineries switch from winter blend to summer blend and prices ALWAYS increase in calif, but not to 7.25 gal
