Israel is one of the the most atheist countries on the earth at 60% atheist.
The sentiment you are noticing is not religious. It is feelings of ethnic superiority and disdain for goyim.
I am aware that there is that supremacist mindset amongst the non-Torah observant Jews, yes.
Secularism is a large and declining component of Israeli society.
A quick search turns up this on Wikipedia, certainly a pro-atheist site:

You may wish to do further research to confirm real numbers. But your suggestion that Israeli Jews are “60% atheist” is not yet supported by data.
