Bragg is wasting the courts and Trump’s time. This is not a prosecution simply because Bragg FAILED TO STATE THE CHARGES HE IS CHARGING TRUMP WITH. Bragg is essentially in violation of State law.
Trump’s lawyers should move to dismiss.
The judge is determined to have Trump found guilty. He won’t accept any pleas from Trump’s lawyers.
