All hail King Deep State! That is essentially what we have now, is it not? An unelected, all-powerful, mercurial king — and certainly not a binding constitution limiting government’s authority and preserving Americans’ rights.
Our First Amendment forbids Congress from restricting an individual’s free speech, but that hasn’t stopped King Deep State from conspiring with Big Tech to silence every voice deemed offensive to the realm. Our Fourth Amendment forbids nosy officials from poking around in Americans’ private records and communications without first securing particularized warrants establishing probable cause that a crime has been committed, but that hasn’t stopped King Deep State from rummaging through our emails, text messages, and bank statements or eavesdropping on our intimate phone conversations in the name of “national security.” Our Second Amendment forbids the government from infringing the people’s right to keep and bear arms, but that hasn’t stopped King Deep State from restricting gun purchases, tracking gun owners, and disarming those he doesn’t like. The Bill of Rights doesn’t mean much when King Deep State uses it as royal toilet paper. Perhaps it should be renamed, “The Bill of Humble Suggestions, Should His Most Excellent Majesty Approve…or Require Some Gentle Two-Ply.”
If the first step to recovery is admitting that we have a problem, then let’s be honest with ourselves: this is no longer a country of, by, or for the people. It is an imperial stompy-foot of, by, and for “elites.” A private central bank decrees the value of our dollars. Covert espionage agencies advance secret foreign policies in our name. The Pentagon conducts illicit foreign wars for our alleged benefit. The National Security Agency monitors what we privately tell each other. King Deep State’s Silicon Valley vassals tell us what we can publicly say out loud.

Since the powers in control reject our current Constitution, a new COS document is irrelevant before it begins - i.e. who will enforce it?
The ONLY solution is utilizing the power of the 2A - we are at war and following the Constitution is absolutely meaningless at this stage of the coup d’état and not unlike bringing a knife to a gun fight.
Everything is corrupt but the elections? So many implausibly close elections with the Demonrats almost always winning the coin toss is statistically impossible.

Sadly we are reaching a point where the US either goes down the road to become a tyrannical Marxist state akin to East Germany or there is a rebellion. The Deep State as we have seen now controls elections and will stop at nothing to keep Trump from being elected again. The RINOs have merged with the Democrats to become the Uniparty that does the Deep State’s bidding. I expect in the very near future elections will be the sham we see in totalitarian states with the single hand picked candidate getting 99% of the vote.

The Fourth Amendment was apparently abolished by the Sixteenth in 1913. If you don’t have privacy in your financial and barter dealings with other individuals and organizations, with a warrant required to breach that, then you have no expectation of privacy in any aspect of life. None. Zero. Zip. Nada.
The gullible populace that allowed and continues to allow that abomination, upon which ALL others have been built, is getting the Government they deserve. Good and hard...
