Probably like a nice crispy topped lasagne. But, ugh... I got fatter just thinking about this!
Why is everything called pasta now instead of macaroni and spaghetti? Macaroni was an economical dish when I was growing up. Did they switch the name to Pasta to make it sound classier. Hey, I’m just a carvone that still calls it macaroni.

I suppose scraping everything off a pizza, mixing that with precooked pastaa and baking it at 400 for about 15 minutes to brown the upper layer would give a similar taste experience.
I’d rather make pizza pasta salad than a pasta pizza. It seems easier to me.

Can’t say that I’ll try this. It doesn’t look particularly tasty to me, though maybe it had something to do with the chef-ette.
I might try to make it, but that one pictured on the right side of the image , overdone, is not very appetizing.
But I think I’ll go make one of my flour tortilla pizzaettes for a late lunch now.
