I think that a country agreeing to do those things against US citizens is a declaration of war and should be treated as such.
How can we consider a nation an ally of the US if they would agree to commit crimes against US citizens? Especially crimes such as killing innocent Americans?
Is there an actual Five Eyes agreement? And if so, what legal foundations does it have? Has Congress authorized it? I can’t imagine that being the case.
If the intention of the US intel agencies is to circumvent the legal restrictions placed on them, then them outsourcing the wetworks doesn’t change their responsibility for those wet workds.
And both the CIA and those doing the wet works should spend the rest of their lives in Gitmo, preferably ending in execution.
