By my view the Republic is on a gurney in the ER and all around are naysayers intending to covertly speed its dispatch to the morgue... perilous times. In such critical circumstances, can we afford to just go along and hope for the best? 🤔

My favorite prophet has said that shocking revelations are coming of people who appear to be one thing while covertly being another. Well, we have already seen plenty of that right from the start of the first Trump Administration.
