Good post in the forum about a basic virus prophylactic - simple and I think ideal for people who aren't into reading up on protocols etc. Straightforward - just C, Zinc, D3 and Quercetin, with one interesting (or so I thought) addition. Low dose Lithium recommended to guard against or help resolve 'brain fog' and/or/even 'indoctrination'? I haven't read up on it but wanted to share.
