I very firmly support the death penalty for those trafficking in certain drugs...meth,heroin,cocaine,fentanyl,etc. Death penalty...no plea bargains...first offense. If you're caught with more than a certain amount of certain drugs you're considered a dealer and you get a noose around your neck.
Just like in Singapore...and at least a few other countries.

Addicts get rehab
All confiscated drugs taken to a camp and given away for free.
2nd time an addict is caught, off to the camp.
Go to rehab and leave the camp.
