Someone commented here that it's not the actor's job to ensure guns are unloaded. That's BS, it's ALWAYS the person's job who is handling a firearm's job to ensure it's state. Being on a movie set does not change that, that's a universal rule. Arguing that is like arguing that gravity shouldn't apply to you. You can say it, but that doesn't make it so.
Lock up both of them.
The defense lawyer is incompetent.
No matter who hands you a gun, you are obligated to determine whether it is loaded.
Go into a gun store and give the clerk a gun you wish to sell or trade. What is the first thing he does?
He drops the mag and then racks the slide, thus assuring himself tht the gun is not loaded, and if so that process unloads it.
That will be the procedure for a pistol. If it is a revolver, whether double or single action,k the cylinder will be examined chamber by chamber to assure that it is not loaded.
The Armour was careless in not examining the revolver, but unless she is the one who secretly loaded the gun knowing how reckless mr nasty is, sentencing her is not reasonable.
“ Also in the phone calls, she said that she would not testify in actor Alec Baldwin’s upcoming criminal trial if subpoenaed…”
Oh yes you will.

The Fall Girl. Probably the only one who will pay for it.
A firearm is not an automotive vehicle.
Prosecution only needs to have testimony of his previous firearm training.
“But Gutierrez-Reed’s attorney, Jason Bowles, said the prosecutors had not proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Gutierrez-Reed was responsible for taking live rounds onto the set ...”
Since when do they EVER have live rounds on a movie set ???? Why would there even be LIVE rounds in the hands of a prop man or even in the studio inventory ?????
Basic rules of gun safety exclude the armorer. If a gun is pointed at someone and the trigger is pulled, then the guilty party is the one pulling the trigger. It’s each persons responsibility to know what if any rounds are in the weapon. It’s all on Baldwin. This is the one that should go to jail.
Elites get the free passes.
This whole case has remarkably evolved through proceedings which explains a lot more detail than I knew immediately
Errors
Ignorance
Negligence
All contributed both from her and Baldwin
Given she was armorer and gave goofball a loaded 1873 colt style revolver she’ll get the time
But Baldwin screwed up but it’s still hard to say
He may have dropped the hammer without pulling trigger?
While obviously pointing it at the lady
It’ll set precedent for sure
I think I heard the Pietta had three hammer positions and any drop from positions can fire the cartridge?
I’ve owned uberti and pietta cap and ball
Decent made guido arms
Pedrrsoli are very nice
