Yes you probably can as long as they don’t make it illegal to do so. They will probably have tech to tell when they do not have a connection with your vehicle.

There’s the external stub antenna and usually the film antenna on windshield or rear window but OnStar will sometimes still work with cell and GPS antenna connections severed if cell tower signal is strong.
