O.J. Simpson, the former football great who was accused of and ultimately acquitted of the brutal 1994 slayings of his ex-wife and her friend, has died, according to his family. He was 76

Will his hearse be a white Ford Bronco?
The world is a safer place.
You got me cracking up, lol
“only 2 REAL CHOICES as to why he was there, Drug Deal or he was getting in her pants”
That’s YOUR opinion and you’re certainly entitled to it, but that’s ALL it is....and opinion.
The prosecution was incompetent, we’re in agreement on that. OJ’s own actions is what convinced me of his guilt, not what the prosecution said.
OJ won the Heisman Trophy in 1968 I think. He was a successful football player and later an actor. He went bad after those achievements (so far as I can tell). So I am not so soured on his movies and achievement years as, say, Bill Cosby, who was apparently quite the monster behind his America’s dad screen persona. I was personally more upset that I could not in good conscious go back and watch reruns of The Cosby Show without knowing of the hypocrisy of America’s dad ruining it.
God knows for sure and justice will most certainly be done.
People may be able to escape it for a short time here on earth, but they will have an eternity to deal with it once they die.
In a nutshell, what was the limo driver's testimony that was so damning?
I didn't follow it closely at the time. I was pretty busy with three pre-schoolers and my mom had just passed away earlier that year.
I was in no frame of mind to follow the trial.
Reply has been removed by me, because what I’m thinking would get me banned...
i believe that trial was the beginning of black privelege. jmho
Yep, between that and Rodney King, that was the beginning of the decline in race relations in this country.
Even a guilty man deserves a fair trial.
In my younger days, I bought the right wing view that defense lawyers were scumbags getting guilty people off and prosecutors were for the most part righteous folk.
My how things have changed with Soros funding every DA in deep blue urban America.
The O J prosecutors were as incompetent as they were corrupt.
Why didn’t they ever play O J’s initial interview which sure seemed incriminating?
CNN has not done much worth watching, but their interview a few years back with some of the OJ jurors was insightful.
It was not about race or guilt or innocence.
The jurors thought it was a frame job by the police and prosecution.
The police and prosecution tried to “sweeten” the evidence against O J who was guilty which was not an uncommon practice if one is familiar with what passed for justice in LA over many decades.
Did Mark Fuhrman commit a Freudian slip at the original hearing?
Upon finding a glove at the scene, he referred to it as them which my might lead one to believe that the glove at O J’s mansion may have been planted.
That testimony is a matter of public record not some stupid urban legend.
Personally I never believed O J actually did the murder but did believe he was at the scene and paid others to do it.
Both victims were nearly decapitated. It was one bloody mess.
The Bronco had one “speck” of blood on the outside which looked more like a plant job than reality. After all the chain of custody of O J’s blood sample was dubious and rightfully questioned.
The timeline was tight and I just don’t think O J could have not left more blood evidence than a speck on the Bronco.
I know there was speculation about the suitcases Robert Kardashian took custody of after O J arrived back in LA to be questioned.
O J was as guilty as sin, but a guilty man deserves a fair trial.
In Biden’s America, the guilty no longer go to trial, just the deep state’s political opponents who are innocent of whatever charges have been “trumped” up.
Oh, to be a fly on the wall when Simpson gets to where he’s going.
Pity Satan doesn’t offer pay-per-view.
But I guess if he did, he’d have far fewer...guests.
It and Obama pretty much erased much of the healing done post the late 1960’s.
I didn’t think he did it himself. I always thought he was involved in some way.
The limo driver was there to pick up OJ to take him to the airport for a trip to Chicago. He had OJ’s phone number and kept calling it to let OJ know he was there. OJ’s house was dark and he didn’t answer. After a while, the driver observed someone walking to the house. He observed the man go into the house and lights went on inside. He then tried the phone number again, OJ answered, and the driver waited for him to come out to the car.
OJ’s estranged wife lived not far from him. Nicole and Ron Goldman were murdered during the time OJ was away from the house.
That’s how I remember it. I’m sure the transcript is out there.
It was just too coincidental that OJ wasn’t home at the time the murders were committed.
You’re right.
