I tried the same on Bing, and got pretty much the same results. Then I changed it to “does Dexter Reed have a criminal record” and the info popped up. Here it is.

Although... I do not approve of Illinois gun laws at all. Depending on what the “unlawful use” was and if it passes the 2A sniff check... My opinion could change...
