Thank you for your thorough reply. Another FR poster on a different thread said he would take B12 in afternoons when he felt tired. I’ll try your more pro-active approach.

For about a decade I’ve taken 1/4 of a 5,000 mcg B12, thinking 50,000% of the MDA would be enough, but I didn’t notice any difference. I get B12 at Costco, especially when it’s reduced in the monthly booklet.
