@BasedMikeLee
The Senate has never tabled articles of impeachment.
Nor should it.
Unless the case has been rendered moot by death or departure from office, the Senate has a solemn, constitutional obligation to conduct a trial, as it always has.

It's unconstitutional
We are not a nation of laws.
We are a nation of men with power.
Well, departure from office was not applicable when the were Trump hunting.
Schemer and pencil neck lead the line of jailbird candidates when right things happen.
Expecting the DemocRATS to follow the law??? Hahahahahahaha!!! That is so funny!
It completely negates and removes the Constitutional power of the house to even impeach at all.
Likely with the full support of one Mitch McConnell who could raise the issue with Schumer.
He’s the first that needs a lamppost
Constitution? Law? Morals? Truth? MEH
Schumer has a Haman attitude and will be overwhelmed by the truth.
Well stated. I would change it though to ‘A nation of men who have the illusion of absolute power’. Since it is an illusion, the truth will stamp it out soon enough.
Chief Justice Roberts can cite Schumer for contempt. There is a reason why the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presides over impeachments, and Roberts should have tossed out the Pelosi-Schiff impeachment against Trump, thrown together at Christmas 2019. He can redeem himself by doing the right thing, here.
Maybe Chuckles needs to be removed.
Remember when Senate Majority Leader McConnell said that we had to try President Trump in the Senate because reasons? I’ll bet McConnell will keep his deformed mouth shut tight as a drum now. Useless creep.
Schumer himself is unconstitutional.
