There is not enough information to judge her as a POS either, because I don't know what the circumstances might have been for her to act so irresponsibly behind the wheel. Though I can think of only a few instances might warrant justification. But they are all extreme circumstances to be sure.
Now she is without question a POS, if having to live with the outcome, brings no pain to her whatsoever.
It does not surprise me at all that someone was going 98 MPH. It is a common speed on out interstates these days.
I was going south on a Sunday afternoon on I93 south in NH going between 75-80 MPH. I was getting passed at times like I was standing still.
At one point I was in the left lane(of four) doing 80 mph and a motorcycle passed us that had to be going at least 120 mph. Then he was weaving in and out cars up ahead of us. I thought for sure he was going to crash, but he did not.
