Per one youtube comment, we are all little dumber after watching this. Plus he lied. Trial started last week on Apple River fatal stabbing. I'd acquit based on the video alone. Guy looking for cell phone gets surrounded by bunch of drunk hooligans, he poses no threat, they get in his face, lay hands on him, accuse him of being a pedofile, finally assualt him...all the witnesses are lying. And this witness is so dumb, it's painful to watch. Trial continues today.

I don’t necessarily disagree with your comments however, it was revealed last Friday the Miu left after the incident......the decision to leave could prove problematic jury wise for a person proclaiming innocence.

As I understand it, Miu struck a female before being slapped and pushed into the water, is that accurate?

At any rate, its probably going to boil down to whatever the wisconsin self defense laws are.
