Larrion Davis took the stand in the Apple River standing trial and changed the story he told police in March. He recorded some cell phone video of the Apple River incident — he was taking selfie Snapchat video as the Miu encounter was happening behind him.

they want him to say something without asking him directly, and i can’t figure out what...
That witness was just too stupid to say anything. I think the defense was in awe of how bad he was.

The witness admitted changing his story to make the defendant look bad.
Also, that witness took a video of what happened. Supposedly part of the video was lost transferring it to the detective. That witness then dropped his self phone in the water and couldn’t recover the video. The defense implied the missing part was the early part showing what the kids were doing.
I don’t understand how they got a grand jury and a magistrate to agree to murder 1 charges. Maybe they were pressuring him to plead guilty, but I doubt they offered a plea to manslaughter. I could see charging him with voluntary manslaughter or whatever serious kind there was in that state.
I talked with a former LEO from that area.
He said that this DA is a real work of art.

They have been able to discredit every single witness. The defendant should sue all of them. The video speaks or itself.
