It should be RICO charges for election theft and setting up these people for hoax charges. How can you trespass when the doors are held open for you?

No,I disagree. Rat Party Headquarters knows that the J6 trial in DC is the key to their campaign. That's why they're so desperate to get it done by September/October.
Of course there will be guilty verdicts on every charge and if those verdicts come before November *every damn TV ad* they run will be "Trump's gonna do 10 years in Federal prison. Do we want him to be President?"
And those ads will sway many "independent" and "undecided" voters.
Yes,January 6th must ben sorted out so that the rights of those charged are restored. But not until after November.

J6 is the achilles heel of the UniParty. Combined with lawfare against DJT it is a mockery of America and Americans
either we all count or nobody counts-in the face of government power

When you think about it, Nancy Pelosi damaged more Government property than 99.99% of the January 6th Capitol riot folks.
She tore up the notes for Trump’s State of the Union message, right in front of the world viewers. It is still on tape, and why is she not prosecuted?

Karl Rove is dead to me.
Giving advise to Biden:
“If they were smart, they’d take the January 6 and go hard at it,” Rove told MSNBC’s Ari Melber at the Rancho Mirage Writers Festival in California earlier this year, in an interview that Melber aired parts of this week. “They would say, ‘He wants to pardon these people who attacked our Capitol.’”

Win the office, talk about it with the new DOJ then. Do most people generally worry about a past political event, no matter how far-reaching, more than about their struggle with current bills and other negative factors affecting their private lives?

The best part of the article is the final two paragraphs:
The overwhelming majority of those arrested did assemble peaceably. Worst case, they expected punishment comparable to the hundreds arrested for disrupting the Senate confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Reported NPR blithely, “Most of those charged this week with disorderly conduct, crowding or obstructing paid fines of $35 or $50.” The J6ers had no such luck. Instead of the expected wrist slap, they have endured the greatest mass injustice against American citizens since Japanese internment. The “critical mistake” we all make is not to denounce this infamy every day until November. Direct linkage to disparate treatment for the same "crime". There are a few other examples of damage to Capitol property by dem/prog disruptors and nothing of note was done regarding their crimes either.

Rove is a caricature, a bobble-head. His opinions mean /spit.
He’s wrong more often that right, but he never stops chattering.
