Here in Washington state a landlord is trying to get rid of a guy that hasn’t paid rent for a year and living in his $2 million dollar home.
The tenant recently was awarded a restraining order against the landlord, who now must stay at least 1000 feet from his own home!
There used to be people in NYC you could hire to take care of these types of problems, kinda like ‘pest control’ companies only for bigger ‘pests’..................
