if congress can claw back billion of russian restricted funs & offer the money to the Ukes in the form of a “loan”
then why can’t congress claw back the latest $10 billion of Iranian funds & offer the money to Isreal in the form of a “loan”?
Because if they did that, that have to \account\ for ALL of the $10B to claw-back.
