And here is where the speculation begins.
Simply because the P.E.A.D.s are only revealed \after\ the fact and then...only to Congress, who can classify them.
We may never know if they were implemented, let alone effective.
One scenario is that a Civ/Military Panel was established, as Trump left office, to assume the authority of the Commander-in-Chief.
They continue to operate today in a form of “Continuity of Command”.
When a legitimate POTUS is legitimately elected, the actions of the panel can be brought to bear in a sudden rush of actions.
Post November 5 may see some of this happen...such as the OUTSIDE possibility of Trump being named Commander-in-Chief in the interim.
Future proves the past.
And, I look to post-election because if the fraud is exposed in 2024...the fraud in 2020 will be confirmed.
