I should add that there is a huge volume of water there, but that doesn’t mean it is all usable, without heavy processing.
Before it was completed, Hillary’s War intervened, relentlessly bombing the pumping stations and key pipeline junctures. The Great Man Made River was no more, and has not been repaired since. Libya is still a water poor country. Again.
It will remain that way until some muslim dictator arises again.
