Nope. It’s a mess but nowhere near a Black Swan event. There will be economic repercussions and people died. Prayers for their families. But this was not a Black Swan event. I suspect simply gross negligence by the shipping company and/or others.
The second, possibly first, largest port in the country is closed for years and it’s just a minor blip?
