Nikita Bidenskyyyyyyyyyyyyyy should just sign one of his “executive order specials” declaring Baltimore a “sacred” National Park for the Indians.

Long-time vacant houses are vacant for a reason.
Anyway, to do the job correctly you’re gonna need to surround the property with barbed wire. Prospective homeowners will need to price that in.

There’s always a catch:
“Applicants must provide proof that they have at least $90,000 to complete a renovation, as well as pass through an application vetting process.”

But, but, but..... who wants a house in Baltimore? Even at one dollar. Most sane people are getting OUT of Baltimore.

Interested parties can apply beginning April 1.

Why bother breaking in for your house, when you can buy one for $1?

My Dad who was born in Baltimore always said they should just move everyone to one side of town and then plow the other side down and just start over.

I watched Detroit go through this stage decades ago, if a person has $90,000 available for renovations they sure as hell wouldn’t rebuild in a ghetto. But the libtards are much dumber today than yesteryear.

For Baltimore it’s still priced .99 cents too high.

If you have the wherewithal to accrue $90k, you’re much too smart to piss it away on a vacant house in Ballimer.

Applicants must provide proof that they have at least $90,000 to complete a renovation, as well as pass through an application vetting process. If they have that much in cash they can move out of the city and buy a home. That kind of down payment would give them a nice place.

Detroit tried this but they expected buyers to payoff the back taxes.
To: dynachrome
You see it’s only $1. Well its actually $90,001. Well actually there is 15 years of backed taxes.
