Fact, once the Constitution set us free from forced religion. Which by the way is why the first settlers came here in the first place. They were evading persecution and forced religion.

True! The original 13 colonies were founded by rejects of Oliver Cromwell and the English Civil War.

Well actually most of them wanted to make their own forced religion. Which is why when they got here we got a bunch of those little enclaves, religion X here, religion Y there. And is also a big part of why the fed is neutral. A lot of the settlers had actually gone to Denmark first, because it also had religious freedom, BUT Denmark’s religious freedom was a little more intense than hour, you actually can’t make little enclaves there.
