“Squatter’s Rights” should not be a thing. Each state needs to do act immediately to put an end to this kind of crap, especially now that Biden has unleashed 7 million illegal aliens upon us.

When the terrorist actions and ensuing panic arrives in our neighborhoods, every home should have a qualified, trained operator of a long gun, shotgun, pistol and several thousand rounds of ammo for each platform.
So if Husband and Wife are at work all day, and any kids away at school, is that considered ‘unoccupied’ for a pack of Mexicans to just break in and lock you out and claim squatter rights?
The problem is, you could go to the grocery store and come home to find your house “occupied”. They have access to any home invasion prevention tools you may have had.
