In a decision that stated facts and then reached conclusions unsupported by those facts, the judge again showed that we Americans have no reason to trust the government.
Pew tells us that in seven decades of polling, public trust in our federal government has reached a new low, with only 16 percent expressing belief that they will “do what is right.” This number compares to nearly three-quarters of Americans who expressed such trust in 1958 when the National Election Study began asking the question. Trust had reached a three-decade high following 9/11, but the last decade has taken a sharp toll on governmental credibility. Why?
Quite simply, of late, the unbelievability of the government’s positions and actions has escalated significantly:
- We are supposed to believe that the southern border is secure, the millions of impoverished, military-age males flowing into our country pose no threat to our economy, culture, or national security, and the only people opposed to this invasion are racists.
- We are supposed to believe America is a fundamentally, systemically racist country.
- We are supposed to believe a new economic principle (clearly not from the Chicago School of Economics) holding that paying the same price for a smaller bag of Doritos is intrinsically different from and somehow more sinister than paying a higher price for the same size bag of Doritos. (The latter might well be the result of inflation while the former is clearly some type of fraud.)
SNIP
This list could go on for pages, but some of the examples are far weightier than others. The Russia Hoax, arguably the most corrupt, treasonous scandal ever orchestrated by the cabal of governmental agencies, opposition party, and media, delivered a massive body blow to government credibility.

What will it take for the dead voters and the fake voters to stop voting for this?
Fani is just another example which make the USA the butt of jokes with other countries….
I see what you did there......
We are not a nation of laws.
We are a nation of childish, greedy, cowardly, arrogant, bullying Democrat lawyers whose first concern is to serve The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate.
I heard this week that Judge McAfee was afraid of Fani because, in Fulton County at least, she controls a powerful political machine. Using her influence over the minority population in Fulton County (which is large and loud...like Fanny), she would bring his career to an end.
Pure fear of being called a racist.
Judge McAfee is up for election and the ‘RATs put up a primary challenger to pressure him.
Probably just a challenger, I don’t think most judicial elections are partisan.
I think that’s absolutely true. He IS afraid of his former employer.
When these lily-livered weasels show their true colors, I can’t help but think of our Founders:
“For the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the protection of the divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other, our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.”
Does anyone think Samuel Adams or Dr. Warren would be shrinking violets if Fani were a that? It literally makes me want to puke.
McAfee or Letitia James. Which is smashing more confidence? It’s a toss up right now.
I haven’t “trusted” government in over 40 years.
Nothing they are doing now is working to change my mind on that...
Shut it ALL down.
