I've bought a few just for plan B. I've eaten my share too on deployments and had my favorites. I detested the tortellini but when I got 'em I was hungry enough to be happy.

I guess this well fed terrorist bought the wrong meal for his delicate taste buds.

Eaten my share as a result of Hurricane Harvey. Not great but better than hotdogs every day from various charities.
Not knocking the charities or MREs.

Same here back in the 1990s. Beef and pork patties were the worst (shoe lather). The spaghetti and beef stew were quite good.

Trade negotiations could be intense.

I had some for that, but a rat got into them!

Solved that problem, now have a nice stash of Mountain House. I had an uncle who thoroughly researched this, and if he says they’re good, they’re pretty good.
