I take magnesium glycinate. Avoid the bathroom issue. I take about an hour before going to bed.
Agree with the magnesium glycinate. It was recommended to me after I started losing patches of hair after starting intermittent fasting. Now I have patches of baby hair coming in (if baby hair was silver!)
