I have lots of info on BP, have issues myself. Best thing for muscle cramps without digging, is magnesium citrate. Do NOT, i repeat, NOT take too much or one will spend more time in the bathroom than desirable. A very flat teaspoon is great for eliminating muscle cramps.

I take magnesium glycinate. Avoid the bathroom issue. I take about an hour before going to bed.
