Humor is subjective, of course! YMMV. I laughed at the first one, watched it a second time, and kept on laughing. Even now, I chuckle when I think about it. I didn't do that with the second one. 🤷🏼♀️

I don't think the first one was serious. After the speaker finished and turned he had a big ol' grin on his face. I also thought some of the council's reactions were hilarious! That added to the funniness for me.

I think the second one comes across much better because of the guy’s delivery. The first guy’s script was well-written, but his delivery was really bad. Should have practiced more.
