I’ve been waffling on that.

Many on the grifter-channel seem to think that Trump is CinC but I can’t swallow that.
I think a MIL/CIV panel was established prior to Jan 20 to assume the duties of the CinC.
Or, at least, to have physical control of the football.

Any military moves by XaoBaiDen are run through this panel and are assessed in the mirror of “good for the country”.
They then are allowed or denied.
I don’t think that the panel allows for stupid moves to make Joe look stupid, as that would make us look stupid.
We must still project force around the world.
