On the “up” side, I thought I was hallucinating when I was sure I’d seen my first post on the thread ... and then it was gone, making me wonder if I’d only imagined I’d seen it on the thread. Jvette, our most sincere condolences on your loss. I agree with FS that thankfully she did it at home on her own terms. That is my greatest hope. It was my hope with my parents that they would stay out of a nursing home but they decided otherwise.
My son knows my wishes. Just put me out in the woods (I’ll have a cabin built by that time) with supplies and I’ll go on my own.
