I would change one thing. Put either an XX or XY on locker rooms and bathroom doors. Ask if they are XX or XY instead of what their gender is. We need to decouple gender from sex and promote it. My sex is male, but my gender is a female golden retriever named Pickles. My wife’s sex is female but she identifies as a wheel of cheese.
