The one silver lining is that the world knows that Willis is damaged goods. She’ll never be taken seriously again outside of her little black circle. Her case against Trump won’t get anywhere, not that it would have anyway.
Also the one leaving (Wade) will be motivated to work for Trump now! Willis thinks the problem is solved, wait for award to start dropping the bombs, he has nothing to loss!
Also it would be a shame if people filled a bar complaint against both, Judge found the appearance of impropriety so strong that one must leave!
The judge thinks kissing up to black voters by giving lying Fani a pass will help him hold onto his job.
One or the other has to go...interesting. It might not be the worst decision in that it will hamper the case as another prosecutor not related to the case has to be brought up to speed. I expect Fani will jettison her boyfriend. It wilol leave questions as to moneys spent and wasted, ect.
The way the judge did this leaves open the possibility that this whole fiasco becomes a legal manure spreader that throws crap everywhere causing the cases against Trump to spiral into a legal black hole! Rats will be turning on each other for sure.
Stay tuned...this might turn out to be more fun to watch than a straight dismissal of Fani and company from off the case!
I would have to read the opinion but from what I see he didn’t find that there was a “conflict of interest,” only “the appearance” of such...meaning that this is a very, very weak opinion. An “appearance” means he can’t even force much from the bench...that it is not that bad, it has an odor, but not so much that we can’t endure going forward. Fani should accept this but both parties can claim it is wrong.
And this azho “judge” actually believes one of them will “exit”? ROTFL! The dumbass doesn’t realize what kind of people he’s dealing with. Scumbags. They both continue the “lawfare” attack on Trump. They’ll just keep who is doing it quiet. Stupid moron.

He accomplished one thing; He will never be nominated to a position as a Federal District Court Judge. If he had disqualified both, he’d be a lock for a Federal Judge position under Trump.
What about the bar complaints and investigation by the Georgia Senate Committee? What happens if Fani is disbarred or indicted/prosecuted for perjury?
Maybe the judge wants to see her disbarred/prosecuted for her crimes. Fani will also have to testify before Jim Jordan’s committee in the very near future. That could get very ugly.
Fani might leave Wade as the prosecutor so he can still collect the big bucks to spend on her. Only problem is the optics wouldn’t look good.
With all the developments in this case, no way is this trial going to start before the election. Lots of depositions to take, including Biden’s inner circle, including Merritt Garlan. Fani has obviously been co-ordinating with the DOJ.

I think it’s prudent to assume that this is by and large true. If this is the case, how does Trump and the campaign deal with it?
