“Police logged his cell phone to Wi-Fi at the Publix next door during the robbery.”

Is this the kind of evidence that can be used in a Georgia court?

I recently saw a Fulton County prosecutor question if cell phone location data can be trusted.

“Life in prison” means 5 years then release onto parole so you can kill again.

I was going to say he’ll probably do 12 to 14 years before he’s out. Then I looked at the parole guidelines.

Armed Robbery - 36 to 96 months = 3 to 6 years to serve. (Level 7 crime) Unless a life sentence, then 14 or 30 years.

Aggravated Assault - 65 - 90 % of the sentence. (Max sentence for that 20 years, so 13 to 18 years.

Probably hit the high end of the ranges unless the left takes over the state.
