Former Gonzaga standout and NBA star John Stockton has filed a lawsuit against WA state over COVID sanctions being levied at a Clarkston doctor.
Stockton, who was a standout at Gonzaga Prep, Gonzaga University and still holds the NBA steals and assists record from his 19-year pro career, is part of a lawsuit against WA state, Attorney General Bob Ferguson, and the Washington State Medical Commission.
Ihe lawsuit challenges COVID-era sanctions that were levied against doctors whom the state claimed spread what they deemed as misinformation during the pandemic.
One of the physicians, a Clarkston, WA ophthalmologist Richard Eggleston is being investigated by the Commission for alleged misinformation.

Stockton is a tough MFer with the resources and notoriety to see this through.
More threatening is the AG is running for governor. He used the weight of his office against many small businesses and looks to continue the same as governor.
That is one strange title.
Washington State was derelict of duty by not having a comprehensive information campaign on the basic subject of what is a virus, what is a vaccine, how does a virus spread, why are some virus more contagious?, the history of viral epidemics, how does the COVID-19 infect? How do the COVID-19 vaccines work? What are the COVID-19 side effects. They could have put out all of the COVID information out on the Washington State TVW Channel. How can the public respond to the fearful action of an epidemic if they are ignorant of the basics of a disease?
